Do I need to make an appointment for service?
You are welcome come in any time with no appointment (that's what 95% of our customers do.)
We are open for business 5:30am to 11:00pm 365 days a year for your convenience.

Can I wait for my Lexus to be serviced?
Most customers choose to wait in one of our three lounges while we service their Lexus. We can complete most service in about an hour.
Choose from the TV lounge, the cyber lounge, or the sports lounge. We also have outdoor seating for those really nice days.
Oh, and for the youngsters, we have the future Lexus owners lounge with DVD player.
What is “express check-out”?
We know your time is valuable. We can complete the transaction before you arrive so you will never stand in line to pick-up your Lexus. Your Lexus and paper work will be waiting for you. Just get in your Lexus and go. It’s easy.
